Abstract

Purpose: to facilitate early screening of hypertension and diabetes mellitus and increase community awareness of healthy lifestyle practices through an integrated health screening, health education, and fun walk program.

Blood pressure screening showed that 51 participants (86.44%) were categorized as at risk, while 8 (13.56%) had normal results. Random blood glucose screening identified 28 participants (47.46%) as at risk and 31 (52.54%) within the normal range.

Conclusion: the SADARI program supported early detection of hypertension and diabetes risks and promoted community awareness of healthy lifestyles and routine health monitoring.
