Abstract

Purpose: to analyze the implementation of agile educational management in enhancing the performance of educational institutions in times of uncertainty, as well as to identify the key dimensions and factors influencing its successful implementation.

Method: This study adopts a qualitative approach through a literature review to examine agile educational management in enhancing institutional performance amid uncertainty. Relevant scholarly articles were systematically selected and analyzed using content analysis, including data reduction, categorization, and synthesis, to identify key themes and develop a comprehensive conceptual framework.

Findings: agile educational management enhances institutional performance through organizational flexibility, collaboration, adaptive leadership, continuous innovation, and responsiveness, although its implementation faces challenges such as resistance to change and limited competencies.

Implications: educational institutions need to adopt agile principles by fostering flexible structures, collaborative cultures, adaptive leadership, and continuous innovation to enhance responsiveness and sustain performance in uncertain environments.

Originality: lies in the development of a comprehensive and integrated conceptual framework of agile educational management that combines strategic, operational, and cultural dimensions to enhance institutional performance in uncertain contexts.
