Writing Guidelines

GENERAL

  1. Manuscripts must be written in Indonesian or English and must never have been published in any journal that has an ISSN.
  2. The submitted manuscript is the result of research. 
  3. Manuscripts must be written in the form of articles presented following the principles of good grammar.
  4. Authors must register at this link: https://ejournal.scmdigi.id/index.php/integration/user/register, before submitting and uploading manuscripts.
  5. The manuscript will be published in INTEGRATION: Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies after review.
  6. The editorial staff has the right to edit the manuscript without making any changes to its content.
  7. The author of the manuscript is responsible for the content of the published manuscript.
  8. INTEGRATION: Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies will notify authors if any manuscripts are unpublished.
  9. The submitted manuscript and illustrations are legally the property of the publisher.
  10. The author's support for this journal is through citing references from articles published in this journal.
  11. All forms of communication must be electronically based.

SYSTEMATICS OF MANUSCRIPT WRITING
 
1. Title
  • Title, author name, institution, and email as appropriate.
  • The title should not be more than 15 words, must be in English, describe the entire contents of the article, typed in Cambria font, 20pt bold font, and in Sentence case format.
2. Abstract
  • Abstract must be in English.
  • The abstract should be a single paragraph without subheadings, consisting of the objectives, methods, results, contributions/implications, originality, and keywords (3-5 phrases). It should be written in 12-point Cambria font with a maximum of 200 words.
3. Contents
  • The subtitles consist of: Introduction (research phenomena and problems, literature facts ending with research gaps/differences and novelty from previous research, research objectives, reasons/statements that provide value/significance/justification for conducting research, originality, literature/theory review, and hypothesis (if any)), Method, Results and discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements (if any) and Bibliography, with 12pt bold Cambria font.
  • Manuscripts must be presented in a 1-column text format.
  • The manuscript is typed in Cambria 12pt font on A4 paper size, single-spaced (210 x 297 mm) with a left margin of 25 mm, a right margin of 25 mm, a bottom margin of 25 mm, and a top margin of 25 mm.
  • The manuscript is 5000–8000 words.
  • Figures must be in JPEG format and have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch). Tables must be included in the body text, not as attachments.
  • Figures and tables should be numbered with numerals, and table titles and brief information about each table should be written in 12pt bold Cambria font with single spacing.

4. Reference

All references cited in the article text must be listed in the bibliography section. The bibliography must contain references from primary sources (scientific journals and a minimum of 80% of the entire bibliography) published in the last 10 (ten) years. Each article must contain at least 25 references. The writing format is APA Style. Writing the reference system in the article text and writing the bibliography should use a reference management application, for example: Mendeley Desktop.
