Manuscript Withdrawal Policy
Authors are not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts, as withdrawal is a waste of valuable resources that editors and reviewers have spent a lot of time processing submitted manuscripts, money and work invested by the publisher. If the author still requests withdrawal of his manuscript while the manuscript is still in the peer-review process, the author will be subject to a penalty of IDR 500,000 per manuscript, as a withdrawal fee to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal if it is accepted by another journal. Withdrawing a manuscript after the manuscript has been accepted for publication will result in the author being subject to a penalty of IDR 1,000,000 per manuscript. Manuscript withdrawal is only permitted after the withdrawal penalty has been fully paid to the publisher. If the author does not agree to pay the penalty, the author and his/her affiliates will be blacklisted from publication in this journal.
